引っ張る筋肉

まず解決しなくてはいけない、

最初の原因は「体の歪み」です。

 

歪みは簡単な体操やストレッチで

調整することができます。

 

しかも、即効性が高く、

5秒〜30秒ですぐにジャンプ力が

上がります！

 

5分間で6,7cm上がることあります！

 

体の筋肉は普段の生活の中で生まれます。

 

よく使う筋肉は固まっていき、

使わない筋肉には緩んで

力が入らなくなってきます。

刺激が強すぎるのは

ちょっと・・・

どうやって歪みを

筋肉にほんの少し「刺激」を

パワーが発揮できなくなってしまいます。

 

なので、固まった筋肉を緩め、

弱った筋肉を活性化すれば、
