ジャンプ力停滞の原因①
引っ張る筋肉

まず解決しなくてはいけない、

最初の原因は「体の歪み」です。

 

歪みは簡単な体操やストレッチで

調整することができます。

 

しかも、即効性が高く、

5秒〜30秒ですぐにジャンプ力が

上がります！

 

5分間で6,7cm上がることあります！

 

体の筋肉は普段の生活の中で生まれます。

 

よく使う筋肉は固まっていき、

使わない筋肉には緩んで

力が入らなくなってきます。

刺激が強すぎるのは

ちょっと・・・

どうやって歪みを

整えればいいのでしょう？

 

筋肉にほんの少し「刺激」を

入れてあげるだけでいいんです。

 

固まった筋肉は「伸ばす（ストレッチ）」

緩んでいる筋肉は「縮める（力を入れる）」

 

刺激を入れるのは、

ほんの一瞬で構いません。

 

 

ジャンプ力停滞の原因②
本当に正しい

トレーニングを知らない

コンディションが整って、

体の力が解放できるようになったら、

それを使っていく練習。

 

全身を使った体幹トレーニングが効果的。

 

さらに、体幹主導を手に入れたら、

5秒で上げられる

『コンディショニング』は、

簡単に言うと『姿勢改善』です。

 

筋肉が凝り固まったり、

緩んで力が出ていないと、

 

関節のポジションがずれ、

姿勢が悪くなってきます。

 

そうなると、本来出せたはずの

パワーが発揮できなくなってしまいます。

 

なので、固まった筋肉を緩め、

弱った筋肉を活性化すれば、

ジャンプ力は即座に上がります。

 

たった5秒で調整する方法もありますよ！

トレーニングしても

効果が出ない理由

コンディショニングで即座にジャンプ力は

あげることができますが、

 

さらなるジャンプ力upをして、

ダンクを目指すならトレーニングも

必要になってきます。
