ジャンプ力停滞の原因①
引っ張る筋肉

まず解決しなくてはいけない、

最初の原因は「体の歪み」です。

 

歪みは簡単な体操やストレッチで

調整することができます。

 

しかも、即効性が高く、

5秒〜30秒ですぐにジャンプ力が

上がります！

 

5分間で6,7cm上がることあります！

 

体の筋肉は普段の生活の中で生まれます。

 

よく使う筋肉は固まっていき、

使わない筋肉には緩んで

力が入らなくなってきます。

刺激が強すぎるのは

ちょっと・・・

どうやって歪みを

整えればいいのでしょう？

 

筋肉にほんの少し「刺激」を

入れてあげるだけでいいんです。

 

固まった筋肉は「伸ばす（ストレッチ）」

緩んでいる筋肉は「縮める（力を入れる）」

 

刺激を入れるのは、

ほんの一瞬で構いません。

本当に正しい

トレーニングを知らない

コンディションが整って、

体の力が解放できるようになったら、

それを使っていく練習。

 

全身を使った体幹トレーニングが効果的。

5秒で上げられる

『コンディショニング』は、

簡単に言うと『姿勢改善』です。

 

筋肉が凝り固まったり、

緩んで力が出ていないと、

 

関節のポジションがずれ、

姿勢が悪くなってきます。

 

そうなると、本来出せたはずの

パワーが発揮できなくなってしまいます。

 

なので、固まった筋肉を緩め、

弱った筋肉を活性化すれば、

ジャンプ力は即座に上がります。

 

たった5秒で調整する方法もありますよ！

トレーニングしても

効果が出ない理由

コンディショニングで即座にジャンプ力は

あげることができますが、

 

さらなるジャンプ力upをして、

ダンクを目指すならトレーニングも

必要になってきます。
