    SEOUL, 27 janvier (Reuters) – Les autorités sud-coréennes enquêtant sur l’accident meurtrier le mois dernier d’un appareil
    de la compagnie aérienne Jeju Air ont transmis unn rapport préliminaire sur l’incident à l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale
    (OACI), a déclaré lundi un représentant sud-coréen.

    Selon le rapport, transmis également aux autorités américaines, françaises et thaïlandaise, a indiqué Séoul, l’enquête toujours en cours se focalise sur un “impact d’oiseau” et analyse les moteurs de l’appareil et
    l’aide à l’atterrissage.

    L’OACI, agence onusienne, fixe un délai de 30 jours aux enquêteurs d’une catastrophe
    aérienne pour fournir un rapport préliminaire et invite à rendre public
    un rapport définitif sous 12 mois.

    Reliant la capitale thaïlandaise Bangkok à Muan,dans le sud-ouest du pays, le Boeing 737-800de Jeju Aiir s’est écrasé le 29 décembre àson arrivée à l’aéroport international de la ville sud-coréenne, tuant la quasi-totalité des 181 personnes présentes à bord.
    Seules deux personnes ont survécu.

    De premiers éléments communiqués parr les enquêteurs sud-coréens dans la foulée de la catastrophe sont
    mis en exergue dans le rapport, comme une discussion entre les pilotes à
    propos d’un groupe d’oiseaux repéré au moment de l’approche
    finale de la piste d’atterrissage.

    “Les deux moteurs ont été examinés. Des plumes et des taches de sang ont été retrouvées dans chacun”, est-il écrit dans
